ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submit Abstract

Submission Deadline: 15th April 2025

There are two options for abstract submission either Oral poster presentation (Physical Participation) or E-Poster (Virtual Participation).

Abstracts submitted for oral presentation or E-Poster should not exceed 300 words and should be structured as per the following:

  • Name of the topic specialty and title of the abstract.
  • Author: provide the names of all authors and Institutional Affiliations.
  • Background or introduction of the topic being addressed and aims/Objectives of the topic.
  • The description of the methods used should be concise and followed by the results.
  • A brief discussion and/or conclusion.
  • The text for all abstract submissions should be in 12pt Arial, left aligned.
  • Figures and graphs: You may include up to two image files in your abstract with a caption for each. Image files do not count toward character count restrictions.
  • All abbreviations used must be described fully in the text once.
  • Only two abstracts per individual submission is allowed. If same researcher wants to apply more than two abstracts, it has to be assigned to a different speaker.
  • Only original articles can be accepted.
  • By submitting your abstract, you accept that you will be the presenting author, unless otherwise indicated upon submission. Furthermore, you will make sure to be available at the date and time of that will be allocated to you at a later stage.
  • Author Disclosure: If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will be required to complete an online disclosure form.
  • Selection of Abstracts either poster presentation or E-Poster will be based on Scientific Merit only.
  • The accepted E-posters will be rotating on digital screens during the Conference . Authors will no longer be required to display printed posters and no need to attend physically.
  • Once the abstract selection process has been completed, authors whose abstracts have been chosen for poster presentation or E-Poster will be notified to complete registration process to the conference and provided with arrangement details.

  • April 15, 2024, 12A.M. Saudi Arabia Time – Deadline for abstract submissions
  • Certificates for participants:
  • Certificates of Participation will be awarded on the day of the meeting to the main author/presenter, for oral presentation. Also will be Certificates of Participation for E-Poster. Co authors can receive a letter confirming their contribution upon request.

Under the esteemed patronage of the Saudi Society of Family and Community Medicine, this two-days conference is designed to bring together healthcare professionals from government and private sectors, along with experts in Family Medicine and various specialties such as Pulmonary, Infectious Diseases, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, Neurology, and Critical Care Medicine.
